Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to help you reschedule your experience if needed. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
     

  • Rescheduling: If you cancel within the required notice period, we will gladly reschedule your experience to a future available date.
     

  • No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations under any circumstances. All bookings are final.
     

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within less than 48 hours of your scheduled experience or fail to attend, your booking will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
     

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all our guests. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
